You can take part in development projects as a volunteer business professional with Projects Abroad PRO.  Our business projects are all based in the developing world.  They are perfect for recent graduates, retired seniors or businesspeople on a career break.

On these projects you will get to work alongside experienced professionals with whom you can share ideas.  You will also meet less qualified individuals who need guidance and support.  This peer to peer contact is the best way of ensuring that your work has a long-term benefit.

Why we are looking for volunteer business professionals

We believe the best way to empower an enterprise in the developing world is to listen to their needs. We also look to provide support where required.   Our partners want to increase growth, develop staff training, and improve their facilities and infrastructure. Volunteer business professionals with a skill or qualification can play an important role in this development process.

You could offer marketing advice to young entrepreneurs or assess the management structures of larger businesses.  You could even help with the design and implementation of IT systems and websites. Given the wide range of non-profits, government departments and businesses with which we work, you can be placed where you will have the greatest impact.  This ensures that you will not only have an incredible experience, but also make a difference.
